Support Policy
Non-Premium Users:
If you want support related to our product, please send us mail to: [email protected] . we will get back to you as soon as possible. Also you can use WordPress theme support forum. simply open the theme page on WordPress.org website and click on ‘View Support Forum’ and then you can easily create support topic.
Premium Users:
If you are a premium user and have any query related to our free or premium product, please create support ticket and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Switching Theme
If you placed an order for a theme but you didn’t like it and want to use other theme. in this case, you will need to create theme switching request (through support ticket) within 15 days. we will switch existing theme to new one.
Refund Policy
We sell only ‘digital products’ (software) like themes, extensions or plugins for content management system (CMS) to our users.
As we know, ‘digital products’ are not returnable, so we generally do not offer refunds on our ‘digital products’. We do this to prevent against fraud. However if you have a genuine reason for refund, we would consider your case. you must create refund request within 15 days.
Why a refund may not be given
If the item is materially similar to the description and preview and works the way it should, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:
- You don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it.
- The item did not meet your expectations.
- You simply change your mind.
- You bought an item by mistake.
- You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item.
- You are requesting for refund after 15 days from purchase date.
Steps to get refund:-
- Please create a support ticket and tell us details of issue.
- We will communicate with you and solve the issue.
- If we will unable to solve the issue, we will give full refund.
NOTE: You will not able to download and get premium support in future related to refunded order / item. 15% processing fee will be charged from the order amount.

We shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on your Website. Removal of links
If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.
